Processing & Dispatch Times
Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase
Please note: Stock levels displayed online are updated within 24 hours and should be used as a guide only. If the item is not in stock we will endeavour to send it off as soon as possible and provide you with updates.
Shipping Carrier
We use TNT/FedEx for all deliveries due to their reliability and competitive rates across Australia.
Important: Freight carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location after dispatch:
- Metro Melbourne (VIC): 1-3 business days
- Regional Victoria: 2-4 business days
- Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide metro: 3-5 business days

- Perth metro: 5-8 business days
- Regional/Remote areas: 5-10 business days
