Refund policy

We ship within Australia only, this policy applies to all orders delivered within Australia.

Our 30-day refund and exchange policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a refund for change-of-mind purchases.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be in the original condition you received it in
  • Must be unused with all tags attached, in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a refund or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@pakpumps.com.au within 30 days
  2. We'll review your request and provide instructions
  3. If approved, send items to: 64 Bald Hill Rd, Pakenham VIC 3810. You are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
    1. Approved refunds are processed to your nominated bank account within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
    2. The Pak Pumps team will arrange an exchange, depending on where you are located there may be a shipping cost - which will be advice during the exchange process. 

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Special or custom orders are not eligible for returns.  

Item damaged or faulty

Damaged on arrival

Please inspect your order upon receiving your item and contact us at info@pakpumps.com.au immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue.

Item fails during the warranty period

Pak Pumps honours all manufacturer warranties for products purchased from us within the specified warranty period, please note that warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. To resolve this, please:

  1. Contact us at info@pakpumps.com.au with photos of the fault
  2. If confirmed faulty under the manufacturer's warranty, we will organise a replacement
  3. If it is not faulty and it needs a repair, Pak Pumps can quote for a repair at their Pakenham or Yarragon stores in Victoria.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
